Paul Creditor was admitted to the New York State Bar in December, 1960 and subsequently was admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court and the Southern and Eastern District Courts of the United States.

Mr. Creditor was a New York State Judge from 1974 to 1979, serving on the District Court of the County of Suffolk. In this elected position, he handled both Civil and Criminal matters at all levels as well as the administration of his courtroom and staff.

Mr. Creditor is a member of the New York State and Suffolk County Bar Associations. He is licensed in the State of New York both as a Real Estate Broker and Insurance Broker. He served as a member of the New York State Freshwater Wetlands Appeals Board from 1982 to 1987 upon appointment to same by the Governor. He founded and served as president of several public and private companies involved in financing and venture capital transactions.

In his nearly fifty (50) years of practice, Mr. Creditor has founded and been associated with several law firms in the New York area where he involved himself in the practice of commercial law. In addition, Mr. Creditor maintained an active presence in government and politics, serving as Counsel to the Legislature and the New York State Constitutional Convention.
